Republicans begin inquest into expected US election defeat The Republican party has already begun an inquest into what they expect to be a heavy defeat at the polls on Tuesday.

The party is set to lose not just the presidency, but see its representation in Congress plunge to levels not seen in decades, as votes are also being held for all 435 House of Representative seats and 35 out of 100 Senate seats.
Senior figures in the party are already picking over the bones of the George W Bush era and turning their attention to reviving a Republican brand that has been in rapid decline since control of Congress was lost in the 2006 mid-term elections.
There are warnings of blood-letting, purges and a battle for the soul of the party ahead between the religious Right and moderates.

Though it seems a little off topic I'd like to say that not only will he not tax them he wants to give them tax breaks and has allowed American and International oil companies to drill within our legal sea boundary without paying our nation royalties. It's our oil not the governments!

Did you notice, that all the repigs on fox,cnn,etc have the "uniform on" red ties. How appropriate Red for blood ( they caused america to bleed) and they are going down in flames/.
